Our excursions, training programs, and events involve travel in natural habitats and interaction with wildlife. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure safety, participants acknowledge that such activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Vehicle or equipment failure
Accidents, injury, or illness
By participating, you accept these risks and agree that WildAssist Africa™ shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred.
3. Indemnification & Liability
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless WildAssist Africa™, its staff, volunteers, and partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from participation in our activities or use of our services.
We are not responsible for:
Personal injury or medical costs
Damage, theft, or loss of personal property
Delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

We strongly advise all participants to have appropriate travel, medical, and personal insurance to cover accidents, illness, or emergencies.

We respect copyright and intellectual property. Images and content on this site are either owned by WildAssist Africa™, licensed for use, or believed to be in the public domain.

Refund Policy (WildAssist Africa™)

At WildAssist Africa™, we are deeply grateful for every contribution that supports our mission of animal welfare and conservation. Because donations are voluntary and immediately put to work, they are generally non-refundable.
1. Donations
All donations made to WildAssist Africa™ are considered final.
If you believe a donation was made in error, or you made a duplicate transaction, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the case and, if appropriate, process a refund.
2. Event Registrations or Merchandise (if applicable)
In the event WildAssist Africa™ offers tickets, merchandise, or other goods and services for purchase, the specific refund or return policy will be displayed at the point of sale and will form part of these terms.
Unless otherwise stated, event registrations are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person.
3. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
